For digital products (eTextbooks/eBook):

  1. After complete payment, customers will be able to download the eTextbook/eBook from the DOWNLOAD section of their account.
  2. There will be NO physical product being shipped to the customer’s address.

For physical products (eBook Reader Cover):

  1. Shipping for physical products is FREE within the US. A tracking number will be provided.
  2. For international orders, products will be shipped via DHL shipping service. A tracking number will be provided. Shipping cost for international shipping is fixed at $60. 


2. Return and Refund

For digital products (eTextbooks/eBook):

I. We will give you a refund if:

a. The eTextbook is not as advertised (Wrong edition, wrong title, wrong author).

b. You have not tried to DOWNLOAD or VIEW the eTextbook (we can see if you have so please don’t try to fool us).

II. We will NOT issue a refund if your situation falls into one of these cases:

a. You purchased the eBook because you thought that this was a physical book. We have made it very clear that our products are electronic and not physical in the description as well as the title of the product.

b. You don’t need the eBook anymore due to unforeseen circumstances (dropping classes, professors changing books, etc.)

c. You wanted another title but mistook the eBook you bought for that title. We have included in great detail the cover, title, ISBNs, Amazon description of the eBook so there is no way that you can mistake this eBook for another. 

d. The page numbers of the eBook differ from those of the hardcopy. It is common knowledge that some types of eBooks (especially EPUB, MOBI, AZW) do not have the same page numbers as the their hardcopy counterparts. Please contact us first about the page numbers before purchasing. 


For physical products (eBook Reader Cover):

  1. We will provide a refund for defective products within 60 days of purchase.
  2. To request for a refund for physical products, please take a picture of the defective part of the product and send it to us via email.
  3. The shipping cost of the products to be returned will be paid by the customers.
